I purchased this book during a 40 day juice fast when I sensed God calling me to live a fasted lifestyle rather than just undertaking fasts periodically. While I will still undertake fasts when I sense God calling me to do so, this book really opened my eyes to how we can live a fasted life all the time, for His glory. It isn't about never having fun, never enjoying life, or shutting yourself out from the world. It's more about living a disciplined, Christ-centered life. Very inspirational.
